2011 seen massive changes made to the MAFC with phase One of our works project being completed. New works included a new cafeteria to the front of the building, a brand new reception area, new signs, rendering and windows to the front of the building.
In 2012 Students will see Phase Two of our works project being carried out at the MAFC. Students will see a new Taekwon-do and Kickboxing room with speed balls, punch bags and top bottom speed ball for our Adult students and new upgrades in the building being made such as having central heating put through the whole of the building.
We hope you will like our new upgraded look as we constantly strive to bring our students the very best training environment and equipment and to provide you with the greatest quality of teaching.

LADIES KICKBOXING FITNESS DAYTIME CLASSES **5 WEEK COURSE** NOW TAKING PLACE TWO MORNINGS PER WEEK - STARTING MONDAY 20TH FEBRUARY
Due to the great success of our 5 week course for Ladies Kickboxing fitness daytime classes we are pleased to announce we are now holding Ladies daytime classes twice a week!! The next course will run for 5 weeks starting Monday 20th February and will take place on:
Monday and Thursday mornings
10am - 11am.
Classes will be instructed by Master Gary Gassor 7th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-do and Kickboxing.
