MAFC Staff
Our Instructors have spent many years devoted to training in Martial Arts and have acquired a high level of expertise in their martial art to qualify them as teachers and mentors.
Through extensive testing, certification and tournament level competition, our staff have obtained mastery in the martial arts and now enjoy sharing their skills and passing it on to their students.
All our MAFC Full Instructors are Insured, CRB (enhanced) verified and hold International Certification. We would therefore like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the MAFC TEAM which is built up of dedicated Instructors and friendly Staff members as follows:
Mrs Leanne Gassor-Jones
(4th Degree ITF Black Belt Full Instructor)
Mrs. Gassor-Jones is a 4th Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-do and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing. She has been training in Martial Arts since she was just three years old.
She is a Senior Instructor and teaches Taekwon-do, Kickboxing, Little Dragon's Taekwon-do (for 4-5 year olds), Cardio and Boxercise at The MAFC. Mr Alan Goatcher

Mr Goatcher is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing. He is a Full Instructor in Kickboxing at the Martial Arts & Fitness Centre.

Mr Aaron Gassor
(2nd Degree Black Belt Full Instructor)
Mr Gassor (Also known as Mr.Gassor Junior) is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-do. He is a Full Instructor in both Taekwon-do and Kickboxing and teaches at the MAFC.

Mr. Sherlock is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing. He is an Instructor Assistant in Kickboxing at Caldicot and Risca Kickboxing Clubs.

Miss.Flagg is a 2nd Degree Black Belt Phase Two in Taekwon-do and is an Instructor Assistant in Taekwon-do classes at the MAFC.

Miss Peart is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-do. She is an Assistant Instructor in the 'Little Dragons' classes at the MAFC.

Club Secretary Kay works on the reception and also deals with all the administration for the MAFC and its satellite clubs, organising the theory and social side of the club such as Gradings, parties, weekend training courses, tournaments and trips abroad for students and families.
