We are

- re-open for classes as usual on Monday 6th January 2026.
From Monday 6th January, our opening hours are below.
The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre (MAFC) is open during the following hours:
Monday 4:45pm - 8pm
Tuesday 4:15pm - 9:30pm
Wednesday 4:45pm - 8pm
Thursday 4:15pm - 9:30pm
Friday CLOSED
Saturday 9:45am - 12:45pm
Sunday CLOSED
