The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre (MAFC) is open during the following hours:
Monday 4:45pm - 8pm
Tuesday 4:15pm - 9:30pm
Wednesday 4:45pm - 8pm
Thursday 4:15pm - 9:30pm
Friday CLOSED
Saturday 9:45am - 12:45pm
Sunday CLOSED
